What we're seeing
At Washington Unified Virtual Academy, the student:teacher ratio has fallen 34% over the 5-year window — from 28.9:1 in 2021 to 19.0:1 in 2024. The gap vs US average of 15.4:1 has narrowed — from 13.5:1 above in 2021 to 3.6:1 above in 2024.
